Resonance is an AI emotional companion application. Resonance is not a real person and does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Resonance's responses are generated by AI models and may not be completely accurate.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old or use this service with parental consent.
• You are responsible for the content you send and must not use this service for illegal activities.
• Please do not share sensitive personal information such as passwords or bank card numbers with Resonance.
• Please do not attempt to hack, abuse, or impair the service.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Resonance offers two service tiers: Free and Premium. Paid subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe, supporting both monthly and yearly plans. Subscriptions renew automatically, and you can cancel at any time via the management panel. After cancellation, you may continue to use the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.

Resonance is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Resonance's AI responses do not constitute professional advice. Please consult relevant professionals before making important decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

Resonance's brand, design, technology, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You own the content of your conversations with Resonance, but we reserve the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notifications. Continued use of the service signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
